Our Origin & Philosophy
TOQAPU Studio was created to bridge ancestral craftsmanship with contemporary, sustainable design. Our foundation is built on a deep respect for textile tradition and a commitment to innovation that generates positive social impact. We believe in eye-level collaboration and conceptual rigor.
Studio founder, Isabel Apaéstegui Macedo, established TOQAPU as a platform to empower artisans and bring the cultural richness of traditional textiles to the global stage. The studio operates as a dynamic collective, where core expertise converges with a specialized network to deliver meaningful, high-impact projects.
